Remote Assistance Instructions

If you cannot configure remote assistance using the Brighton I.T. bespoke helpdesk tool [here] we also provide assistance using the inbuilt Windows assistance function. The easiest way to activate this option is via MSN Messenger, which most users will already have installed. If you don't have it installed please download it HERE .

Once it is installed you will need to contact us via email or here or by telephone on 01273 841657 to arrange a convenient time for your session; then you will need to 'Add a contact' using 'helpdesk@brightonit.com' as the email address and once accepted, we will talk you through the process [essentially you must click 'Request remote assistance' from the 'tools' menu]
